At uQualio® we are focused on supporting your business and have integrated our users’ feedback, requests, and questions into our development pipeline. Using your input, we release updates including, new features, improvements, and error corrections one to three times weekly. You can follow our releases on our website. Also, please see our development roadmap – a crystal ball where the future is revealed.
Updated main navigation
During the past weeks, we have updated our main navigation. We have separated the main menu items Courses and Channels completely.
All user-related features are moved to the main menu item Users.
All course-related features are now in Courses only – and not partly duplicated in Channels.
Courses – main menu
We have fewer selections on the course data. Each of the items has also been configured to have less options to keep you focused.

Data selections:
- Drafts – shows all new drafts or existing courses, where you have made changes since the last version
- Versions – all your course versions, which are ready to distribute are shown here
- Published – all your published courses with groups listed across all channels
- Courses – all published courses with groups listed according to your channel selection
- ../ALL – all courses and groups in the complete structure from course to group
Channels – main menu
Channels is now restricted to showing only the channel editor, channel images, and the list of existing channels (the latter is only available to the account manager). The previous options for courses and groups on the channel have been removed to keep the focus on channel scope.

Users – main menu
We have moved some user elements from Tasks to Users. The features are user and user group related and must be managed from here.
Changes:
- Admins are always shown here and navigate to Account Admins or Channel Admins
- Lists are now available as the main action.
- Multi-Assign is available on the ‘…’ submenu.

When one or more users are selected then we show the additional options.

Please let us know if you have suggestions or other ideas.
Topic creation and update redesigned
We are in the process of simplifying and updating our user experience. The simplifications include how topics are created and maintained.
The overview has fewer elements and is simpler to view.

Edit Topic has three steps to clearly show each of the elements.
First the video details.

The topic’s question.

The topic’s resources are on the last step.

Question Editor redesign
We are in the process of simplifying and updating our user experience. When creating a new question, you decide which question type you want.

Then you continue to the question according to the selected type.

Delete multiple topics in one step
Now, there is a more convenient way to delete multiple topics in the Content Editor. You no longer need to delete them one at a time.

When you have selected the topics to delete, simply confirm your selection to delete all items.
Video and file upload updated for consistent content management
We have made the upload of videos and files consistent across all parts of the application. You can now upload videos and files directly to the Library for use in your courses and channels.
You have two options to upload multiple files or upload multiple videos in one easy step.

Then you select the files to upload and start uploading to the library.

Other changes and new features
We have made several smaller changes and added new features:
- Integration to Google Drive, beta
- Improved text editor (full feature set without strange codes)
- Course reports directly in the listing
- Compliance courses must be enabled in Configuration, off by default
Google Drive integration
We are adding Google Drive as an option for loading images and videos. There is a test version available now. We are in the Google validation process, which is taking a little longer than we expected. The final version will be released when Google has approved our application.
Enable upload from Google Drive for videos, images, and/or files.

When you enable one of them, then the Google Drive logo is shown as a source location.

Improved text editor (full feature set without strange codes)
We are changing to a new text editor, which is WYSIWYG and easier to use than the current one. You can see the text directly as it will be shown.
You can paste images directly in the text and they are stored with the message.
The editor looks like this in large mode:

Course Reports directly in listing
We have moved Reports to be available directly from the list.
