Sales Rep Training in Self-Management

HRperformance is a consulting firm, that strengthens its customers’ performance through

They were asked by the Apoteker Forening (Pharmacists Association) in Denmark who received funding from the Velliv Association to make physical courses in distance management for approx. 30 pharmacists. The Pharmacists must learn how to let go of some control as one pharmacist are now allowed to own up to 8 pharmacies. And e-learning courses in self-management for approx. 390 employees, the employees are prepared for distance leadership. The modules are aimed at the employees in order to equip them to stand more on their own two feet in an everyday life where the manager is sometimes far away, and make the employees take more responsibility.

We sat down with Rikke Uldal, Managing Partner at HRperformance to ask her, what lead her to make the course on UQualio and if it was successful. Here is her testimonial:

“We were contacted by the Apoteker Forening (Pharmacists Association). They wanted us to make a course that could be used by the staff in the pharmacies, during opening hours.  

Together with Apoteker Foreningen we got funding from Velliv to make a course that would help to increase the employee’s well-being and educate the employee in self-management.”

Why did you choose uQualio for the course?

“It was important that the course could be distributed to a large group of people and handle complex learning material in a way that made it easy to acquire new knowledge. 

The course also had to be accessible through mobile or tablet devices, as the employees do not have access to a computer in the pharmacy store. The idea was that they could use the time on the course when there were no customers.”

So why choose uQualio over others training systems?

“We found that UQualio was a cost-effective way to make sure that we could send out a course to each of the employees individually. This was done by sending each participant a personal link to their mobile phone, from where they could access the course directly on the platform.”

What was the benefit of choosing uQualio?

“The platform made it possible for us to make the course, so it fit our needs to adjust the course to the users, and we could subsequently make the changes ourselves, that were needed.  

We were also able to follow the progress of the participants and could send them an E-mail if needed, to make sure they completed the course.

The platform is very flexible and the changes we made were immediately updated across the platform to all the participants. ”
