By proceeding, you consent to receive information about products and courses from the named Organization via e-mail, SMS, and push notifications. 

You may withdraw your consent in two ways: 

• Unsubscribing via the link in any communication will stop further emails, SMS, or push notifications, but you will still be able to log in and access the platform.
• Deleting your profile will remove your account entirely, and you will lose access to the Organization’s courses and related services. 

If you revoke your consent to the named Organization, please be advised, that:  

• a. you will no longer have access to courses published by the named Organization unless you accept this consent again.
• b. the named organization will only be able to see your past activities and results as if you were an Anonymous user, unless you accept this consent again. 
• c. the named organization does not have consent to notify you about their future courses unless you accept this consent again.

Processing of your personal data 

When you access, participate, and complete a course, the named Organization is processing your personal data in regard to your activities and results from your participation in their courses. 

You acknowledge that the privacy policy of the named Organization applies with respect to the named Organizations processing of personal data in connection with the accessing, participation, and completion of a course. We recommend that you read the privacy policy of the named Organization. 

All rights regarding access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data, as well as information about retention periods, must be exercised directly with the Organization that invited you. uQualio does not store or control personal data processed by the Organization.
