We, the platform, collect information that you and your users provide on the platform when using the services on the platform, or that is generated in the course of the use of those services including type of device, time zone, language, browser type, browser version, operation system type, operation system version, screen resolution, and user ID.
These data are collected in order to provide us with information to offer you better service and to provide third parties with statistical information about the usage. However, the third parties will not be able to identify any individual user from that information.

3.2.3 Information about the users’ identity, interests, and hobbies, profile pictures, etc.
We, the platform, collect information that you and your users freely provide on their profile on the platform including name, username, profile pictures, interests and hobbies, and the content of posts.
The processing of these data is necessary to fulfill our agreement with you to deliver the platform, services and products, including dealing with inquiries and complaints made by or about you relating to the platform.
The legal basis for the processing is according to Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
3.2.4 Communication content and metadata
We, the platform, collect information contained in or relating to any communication that you send to us or send through the platform including the metadata associated with the communication.
We process this information to keep the platform secure and prevent fraud. The legal basis for our processing of these data is according to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
3.2.5 Information in connection with support
If you use our support in connection with questions regarding the use of our service, e.g. in relation to solving technical problems or similar questions, we use e-mail addresses and/or phone numbers and the other information provided to us.
The collection of these personal data is necessary in order to fulfill the agreement with us regarding your use of our service. If you do not wish to provide us with this data, do not use our support.

3.2.6 Name, e-mail address, phone number
We collect information that you or other admin users provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our email/SMS notifications and/or newsletters and/or release webinars including your name, email address, and phone number.
Our processing of these data is necessary to send you non-marketing commercial communications and to send you email notifications that you have specifically requested.

3.2.7 Test and learning results
We, the platform, collect the users’ test and learning results registered on the profile.
Our processing of these data is necessary to fulfill our agreement with you to deliver the platform, services and products.
We also process these data, if you have chosen to use the social networking services, make it available on the platform, visible for other users and you, and who have granted permission.

3.3 Before you disclose the personal information of another person, you must obtain that person’s consent to both the disclosure and the processing of that personal information in accordance with this policy.
3.4 If you or your users submit personal information publicly available on the platform, we may publish and otherwise use that information in accordance with the license granted to us.
3.5 Your privacy settings can be used to limit the publication of information on the platform and can be adjusted using privacy controls on the platform.
3.6 We will not, without your express consent, supply your and your users’ personal information to any third party for the purpose of their or any other third party’s direct marketing, unless actively approved by you.
4.1 Disclosure of your and your users’ personal information to another entity, natural person, or the like (“recipient”) means that the recipient of the information becomes Data Controller regarding their processing of your personal information. You acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for the processing of your personal information by another data controller.
4.2 We may disclose your users’ personal information, including your users’ test and learning results, to an external organization, who is managing a specific course on the platform for you or the like, if the training is offered in agreement with them, insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.
4.3 If your users’ privacy settings limit the publication of their information on their “public profile”, we may nevertheless disclose their personal information, including your test and learning results, to your organization, who is managing the specific course test on the platform or the like to the platform or who is your current employer, if the training is offered in agreement with them, insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.
5.1 We may transfer your and your users’ personal information to any of our suppliers or subcontractors to undertake the operation of the platform and other assistance related hereto and insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.
5.2 We may transfer your and your users’ personal information to any member of our group of companies (this means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company, and all its subsidiaries) insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.

10.1 Your right of access

10.2.1 You have the right to have incorrect personal information about you and your users rectified by us without undue delay. If you become aware that there are errors in the information, we have registered about you and your users, we urge you to contact us in writing in order for us to rectify the information.
10.3 Your right to deletion
10.3.1 You have a right to have your and your users’ personal information deleted by us without undue delay if, for instance, we no longer have a valid processing purpose or you cancel your subscription with us, etc. If we can demonstrate compelling, legitimate reasons for continued processing which precede your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing is necessary for a legal claim to be established, exercised or defended, we are not obliged to delete your personal information.
10.4 Your right to restrict processing
10.4.1 You have a right to restrict our processing of your and your users’ personal information, e.g. if you contest the accuracy of the personal data.
10.5 Your right to data portability
10.5.1 You have a right to receive the personal information provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format and to transfer these data to another data controller if our processing of the information, for instance, is based on your consent or the processing is carried out by automated means.
10.6 Your right to object
10.6.1 You are at any time for reasons concerning your particular situation entitled to object to our processing of your personal data if the processing, for example, is based on legitimate interests or profiling.
10.6.2 If you object to the processing, we will no longer process your and your users’ personal information unless we can demonstrate compelling, legitimate reasons for continued processing which precede your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
10.6.3 You also have a right not to be the subject of a decision based exclusively on automated processing, including profiling, which has legal effect on you or similarly affects you significantly.
10.7 Your right to withdraw consent
10.7.1 You are at any time entitled to withdraw your consent to our processing of your and your users’ personal information. If you withdraw your consent, you must be aware that we under certain circumstances, for example where we have another legal basis for processing your information are entitled to continue processing, cf. also section 8. We will inform you in such cases.
10.8 Your right to complain

11.1 Normally, we do not use your and your users’ personal information with the purpose of making automated decisions. However, we may be obliged hereto according to law, in which case we will inform you about such processing and give you the opportunity to object within reasonable time.
