The uQualio Product News Webinar, hosted by uQualio co-founder and CPO Christian Bjerre Nielsen and our engineering team, provides a walkthrough of the latest updates to the uQualio platform. The goal is simple: help customers get the most out of video-based learning with uQualio. During the session, we demonstrate:
- New features
- Workflow improvements
- UX updates
- Important platform news
And the Key Items in May’s Webinar?
This month focused on improving usability, simplifying administration, and helping users create learning content faster. We have, of course, recorded the webinar, and you can find the whole recording on our Product News channel. Below you find the headlights with direct links to the relevant part in the webinar, so you can review the highlights easily.
Channels View: Better Course Management Across Channels
The Course Manager now includes a new Channels View, making it easier to see where courses are published.
Administrators can now:
- View courses by channel
- Expand channels to see active courses
- Filter and search more easily
- Identify active cohorts quickly
This improvement helps organizations managing: Customer academies, Partner channels, Regional learning environments & Multi-brand platforms
The new overview creates better visibility and reduces administrative complexity.
Publishing Workflow: Fewer Clicks and Faster Updates
Publishing learning content is now more streamlined.
Previously, administrators always saw an intermediate validation step before publishing. Now, uQualio only displays warnings when action is actually needed.
The result is faster publishing, simpler workflows, and fewer unnecessary clicks.
For users who still want to manually validate content, the functionality remains available inside the platform.
Social Sharing: Better Course Link Previews
Courses, certificates, and channels now generate improved social sharing cards. Instead of plain URLs, shared links now display:
- Titles
- Descriptions
- Images
- Structured previews
This creates a much better experience when sharing learning content on Social Media like LinkedIn, Facebook, Messaging apps, & Internal communication tools.
The update helps increase visibility and engagement with shared learning content.
Automatic User Reset: Improving Learner Access
One of the biggest barriers to learning is login frustration. The new Automatic User Reset feature now resets failed login attempts when:
- Existing users are invited to new courses
- Users receive magic links through the API
This helps reduce:
- User lockouts
- Support requests
- Onboarding friction
The update improves learner access and helps users get started faster.
Quick Create: Faster Mobile Course Creation
Quick Create has been optimized to support even faster video-based course creation.
New improvements include:
- Better mobile workflows
- Faster transcript access
- Automatic course naming
- Simplified uploads
Users can now upload videos and immediately begin creating learning content while processing continues in the background.
This supports more flexible and real-time learning creation directly from mobile devices.
