It’s here! A few sharp-eyed customers may have already noticed “Office Hours” slipping into emails reminders for Product News Webinars. So here is the scoop about our Office Hours Official Launch…
uQualio Now Holds an “Office Hours” Space for Our Users (and the Video LMS Curious) Every Tuesday
Unofficially, whenever we have held our monthly Product News Webinars, we accepted questions in advance and during our webinar. Recently we even started being available live during that same time period every Tuesday, available to answer questions.
On Tuesday, October 28, at 3 pm CET / 9 am EST, we officially launch the first ‘Office Hours’ webinar. Weird side note: Europe will have turned clocks back the last Sunday in October, but the US won’t be moving the clock back until the first Sunday in November. So our 3 pm CET event on October 28 will happen at 10 am EST instead of 9 am.
The webinar may last just a few minutes if there is just one short question, or go past half an hour if the joint is jumping. The third Tuesday of the month is still our Product News Webinar, where additional Office Hours questions can be addressed after the new product presentation. Those webinars will now be called, ‘Office Hours: Product News Webinar Edition.’
What Does This Mean if My Company Subscribes to uQualio’s Platform?
You probably have already encountered our Chief Product Office and Co-founder Christian Bjerre Nielsen in one of our videos. He’s one smart cookie and is the engineer behind how our platform works. He and the development team are always working to learn which tools, including ethical AI, can enhance the customer experience.
So the weekly Tuesday Office Hours events mean you will be reminded each week of the upcoming period. You will be invited to send in any question you may have in advance regarding the platform. The advance notice means Christian can prepare a response to show you live on the webinar. However, attendees are always welcome to ask a question live during the event itself.

What is Special About Office Hours?
It’s a chance to talk to our top experts and/or team members, at no cost, with a focus on addressing what you most want to know. The time of the event is meant to provide US/Europe coverage, but you don’t have to attend to submit a question.
Just like with our Product News Webinars, an email will be sent after the event with a brief summary and a link to the video from the event. It’s a friendly, open forum where we learn from one other.
Can I Ask a Question or Attend the Office Hours Events if I’m Not a Customer?
Actually, yes, you may attend and you may ask a question. We can’t guarantee all questions can be addressed each week, depending on the response. The more we hear from those who use or want a video learning platform, the more we can work on adding more useful features and providing solutions.
