The integration advantage
The fastest path from "I should try uQualio" to actually using it
Every extra step between discovering a tool and using it is a moment where someone changes their mind. A registration form takes 3 minutes. An email verification takes longer. A forgotten password blocks access entirely.
Sign up with Google eliminates all of it – one click, one familiar prompt, instant access. For L&D teams who are ready to start building training and don’t want admin overhead getting in the way, it’s the only sensible way to begin.

Quick Answers to Common Questions!
- What does "Sign up with Google" actually mean?
“Sign up with Google” – also known as Google OAuth or Google Single Sign-On – means you can create a uQualio account and log in using your existing Google account credentials, rather than creating a separate username and password specifically for uQualio. When you click the “Sign up with Google” button, Google verifies your identity and shares your name and email address with uQualio to create your account automatically. You never enter a new password or verify a new email address. Google handles the authentication; uQualio handles the rest.
- Do I need a Google account to use uQualio?
No. A Google account is one way to sign up – not the only way. You can also create a uQualio account using any email address and a password you set yourself. Google sign-in is simply the fastest and most frictionless option. If you already have a Google account – personal or through Google Workspace – using it to sign up for uQualio saves you several minutes of registration and eliminates one more password from your life.
.
- Is it safe to sign in to uQualio with my Google account?
Yes. Google’s sign-in uses OAuth 2.0, the industry-standard protocol for secure, token-based authentication. uQualio never sees or stores your Google password – Google handles the identity verification and simply tells uQualio who you are. Your uQualio account also inherits the security settings on your Google account, meaning that if you use 2-step verification with Google, that same protection applies to your uQualio login automatically.
- What information does uQualio receive from my Google account?
uQualio only receives your name and email address from Google – the minimum required to create your account. uQualio does not access your Google Drive files, Gmail, Google Calendar, contacts, or any other Google services. You can review and revoke uQualio’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google account security settings.
- Can my whole team sign up with Google?
Yes – and for organizations using Google Workspace, it’s the recommended approach. Each team member signs up with their own Google Workspace account. They get instant access to uQualio using credentials they already use every day, with no new passwords to manage and no onboarding email to wait for. As an admin, you can invite team members directly from uQualio and they’ll be able to sign in with Google from their first click.
- How do I get started?
Visit uQualio’s free trial page and click “Sign up with Google.” Select your Google account, and your uQualio account is created instantly — no form, no password, no waiting. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately and includes access to all premium features. No credit card required.
