March 2026 Product News Webinar Highlights

We are feeling Spring’s approach – and integrations are in the air! What? Integrations with other awesome platforms, silly! But let’s not get ahead of ourselves.

Our March 2026 Product News webinar was awesome as always. But if you missed it – we’ll tell (and show) you what our Engineering Team has been up to. Read on!

What is the Product News Webinar?

This ~30-minute monthly webinar brings you the most recent developments on our platform. We explain and demonstrate new features, fixes, and important news related to how you work with uQualio. They may help you as the admin / course developer, or your employees, customers or partners as learners. Our top engineering team is here for you, headed by Christian Bjerre Nielsen (co-Founder and CPO).

How Do I Attend the Webinars?

These webinars are a special edition of our weekly Office Hours series of platform Q&A with our customers. For the webinar, we email invites to our users for the third Tuesday of the month at 3 pm (CET) – that’s 9 am EST. If you prefer to attend the Office Hours webinars to get questions answered live on the platform, you MUST sign up first. The weekly webinars will only be held if someone has signed up. When you send in your question or other platform issue, we can then show you directly on the platform.

We give you the highlights of our new features in case there is something you are especially interested in. You can send questions in advance, or if you have a new question during a live webinar you may ask then.

If you cannot attend, no worries. We record the webinar and post it on our site where all our Product News recordings reside. Then we send you links to the recorded webinar, reviewing the highlights.

Well, What Happened in March’s Webinar?

This month focused on helpful integrations, but some other cool stuff too, including:

1 – Automatic Logout – Safer Access / Shared Devices Use

To solve a couple potential issues, we have configured an automatic logout setting. You can now log users out of the platform after a set period of time. The first purpose is continuing to protect the security of the program. If someone forgot to sign out, automatic logout can prevent an unauthorized user from access.

Secondly, where your business may have shared devices (e.g., in a clean room environment), the set logout can ensure the user of the shared device can log into their own account, not accidentally using the other account.

The default is set to disable, so see the directions in this video from the webinar to enable and set the length of time for the automatic logout to occur.

For this item, we responded to some customer feedback. It seems sneaky Outlook sometimes removes the color of a link or changes the appearance, so it looks less legitimate. You want your learners to be able to access the courses you send to them, and to know they are from you.

So we fixed link colors to match the primary colors in your branding to ensure familiarity. As for making sure they reach the link, we have added the actual link address written out for accessibility. Your invitee can now see – and click – the link to take your course!

See the fix in that part of the webinar.

3 – Admin Dashboard – Improved Filters for a More Focused View

uQualio loves being able to provide a lot of information options for you to view on the platform. But maybe we put too much of a good thing out there. We optimized the default dashboard to make your filtering options more relevant depending upon the section you are in. No worries though – you can still personalize your dashboard for other filters.

Check out this section of the webinar to see what we’ve done.

4 – Integration Edification – Connect with Video Providers VIXY and Kaltura

We’ve added to our video provider roster to make it easier for you to make and use your own videos in your courses with uQualio. You can always check out our growing roster of integrations available online.

VIXY is the secure and user-friendly video platform professionals use to host, manage and stream live and on-demand video.

The Kaltura video platform and video player are used worldwide by more than 300,000 companies. It enables video learning, knowledge sharing, online training and remote collaboration.

5 – Referral Updates – You and Your Friend Save $ When You Recommend uQualio

That’s right – Admins will see a referral link under My Account -> Subscription. Here you can refer others to uQualio, and if the referral subscribes, you BOTH get 30% off your subscriptions for the following three months! Talk about a Win-Win-WIN situation – everyone saves money and gets our already affordable, award-winning platform.

Gosh, you can even track all your referrals on the platform to see how much you’ll save. Just watch this to see how it works.
