This nomination is a true honor for us. It celebrates not just what we do as a business, but who we are as part of the local Egedal Denmark community. And as a company working globally to make education more accessible, inclusive, and sustainable.
A Visit from Egedal’s New Mayor
Today, January 21st, we had the great pleasure of welcoming Egedal’s new mayor, Birgitte Neergaard-Kofod, to our headquarters in Veksø, Denmark.
During the visit, we shared how uQualio has evolved from a Danish tech startup into an international platform. A platform that empowers businesses and organizations around the world to share knowledge through video-based microlearning.
We also discussed our strong connection to Egedal: our home base and the community where many of our ideas and partnerships are rooted.
The official award ceremony takes place on January 27th. Here we’ll join other inspiring local businesses to celebrate innovation, collaboration, and positive impact.

uQualio has been nominated for our work across several of these areas:

We believe learning starts in our own community.
That’s why we regularly collaborate with schools in Egedal incl.hosting students for hands-on learning days in our office.
Both this year and last year, we welcomed school classes to explore what it means to build a digital learning company. Read about last year’s visit from an 8th-grade class from Balsmose Skolen. We present how working in IT is not only about coding, but also about creativity, communication, and purpose. In this way we hope to teach young people practical experience in technology, communication, and entrepreneurship.
These initiatives are part of our mission to inspire and empower the next generation of digital learners and creators right here in our local area.
2. Social Responsibility and Inclusive Work Culture
At uQualio, we believe that great ideas come from diverse minds.
