And the learning platform market is a big market. From a technology standpoint that is not something that I’m that capable of. So, finding uQualio was kind of a a homerun for us because I didn’t need to do a whole lot of market research to try and figure out if there were some open-source solutions we could use. uQualio is fairly close to where SecureFirst is located. So, both the product and the support were top notch and so an easy choice.“

So I was fairly certain quite fast that it was more than enough for us. And the few questions that we had about the technologies and the API stuff, it was just fixed right away. So yes, very reassuring!“
“I think for the most part it seemed like a finished product. It seemed like something that we could fairly quickly integrate into our own platform, get up and running instead of using hundreds of hours in trying to find a solution, then figuring out that it had some sort of feature that we needed that it didn’t have or stuff like that. uQualio seemed finished from the get-go and then on top of that with the team. So, if we have any questions, if there’s some specific feature we’re looking for, then it’s just an e-mail away for Christian or from you Hatla. And uQualio feels like an enterprise product. But I want one locally. You want that personal connection with the provider that I have with you. And that’s what I get with uQualio.”
“So since we use it as an integrated product within our own cybersecurity platform, my guess is that we have saved 200 to 300 hours in finding other products, testing them, figuring out if they have the capabilities that we need for the eLearning for our customers. So, it required only a few meetings and a few hours of getting to know uQualio for us to be up and running and to move forward with creating the content, so our business is now up and running with this new service.
So a fair guess is 200, maybe 300 hours of saved time.”
“The first initial feedback is is positive. It’s more on the video quality that we provide and the videos rather than the the platform itself. We do a fairly comprehensive onboarding with our customers. Both on the on the sales meetings and then on the later onboarding of of the customer. “So when we get the time, that’s always the biggest issue, right? For anything it is about finding time. But we want to use the the platform to create sales training content for our partners. So we’re going to rely more on it for resellers to help us sell our products. We want to create all the training content for them. To help us position our company. The way we sell and the narration about all our products and all of that. We want to utilize uQualio for that as well. To provide a full kind of training course for all the new sales people and technical staff in Denmark and globally to help position SecureFirst.”
“I think look at the completeness of the product. uQualio feels completed. It’s kind of well-rounded. It works, it’s stable. That – and the team – I think is the most important. There’re so many ways to utilize the uQualio platform. Either as we do to provide courses and sell courses or internally in a company. To educate your own staff and save the time in onboarding new employees and doing the same presentation over and over and over. You can do that in uQualio easily. There’re so many ways to use the platform that most companies can find some good place for the product that makes sense and will save them either time or money.”

“Ok. For us it was it was getting onboard a platform or onboard a platform and really quickly get up and running to get to market. That was the the big driver for us and our use case. So, the big driver for us was the speed on which you can adapt uQualio that was important for us and that I recommend others to look for too. Speed is really important to get a process flowing, no matter whether it is providing that internal information or using it as a sales product like we do, or wherever it might be.”
