Keeping Trials and Subscriptions Hassle-Free

uQualio makes keeping Trials and Subscriptions Hassle-Free

This isn’t news. uQualio has always been proud of our affordable online learning platform. Our ethical business practices have always supported the protection of our customers. We even have a simple cancellation process.

At uQualio, You’re Always in Control – No Strings Attached

When you subscribe to a digital service, it should be easy to start and just as easy to stop. At uQualio, we believe in transparency and flexibility. This is why you can cancel your subscription anytime. No hidden fees, no long-term commitments, no complicated cancellation processes. We even offer a 14-day free trial so you can start making videos right away and check our fit with your business or organization.

Should You Worry About Getting Stuck in a Contract?

With uQualio, no need to worry. We know we have a great LMS, and our vision for it is to make learning easy and affordable to all. In fact, we will even show you where our “Cancel Subscription” button is now. We have no desire to trick or confuse our customers. See also the tutorial on how to Cancel a Subscription.

But not every SaaS subscription service is hassle-free. Only last month, US consumers were told the long-promised “Click-to-Cancel” rule that was set to be activated by the Federal Trade Commission was nullified in appeals.

Click-to-Cancel – in a Nutshell

Consumers are used to easy sign-up for services. A couple of minutes online, and a free or low-cost trial service begins. Sounds great, until time passes and you realize the trial period is over. And you may have agreed to start or keep paying. And then it does NOT take a couple of minutes online to get out of the contract. In fact, you may have already been charged and find yourself stuck in a commitment with a service you don’t even like or use. The now nullified Click-to-Cancel rule was intended to protect the US consumer from this frustrating but common situation.

Helpful Tips for Using Subscription Services

While uQualio is focused on affordable online learning for all, we ask consumers around the world to protect themselves from the poor practices of some SaaS companies. The service you subscribe to should be able to prove to you that it is what you want and need. We recommend you:

  1. Get a free trial, if possible, to ensure the service meets your needs and is easy to learn.
  1. Find out how to cancel or end the trial so that you are not automatically charged if you forget to take action. Also, check how easy it is to cancel if you start subscribing to the service.
  1. Read the fine print before you click to start – or better yet, if there is a lot of fine print, you may wish to keep looking for a better service.

Spend Your Time Learning and Helping Others to Learn

Why spend time trying to get out of a contract you never wanted? Instead, get started training your employees, teaching your customers how to use your products, and developing videos that help others learn all about you.

With uQualio free trial and our subscription plans, you also get hassle-free cancellation. No long-term contracts, no hidden fees. Just affordable online learning.
