What is the Nordic Baltic EdTech 50 List?
This listing is comprised of the most promising EdTech startups from the Nordic and Baltic regions, determined by HolonIQ, a global market intelligence platform.
This year, the top firms were categorized as either Early Childhood & K12 or, for us, Post Secondary & Workforce Training.
The Selection Process and HolonIQ
HolonIQ selects 50 companies through a rigorous, data-driven process that evaluates their product, team, market, capital, and momentum. Then they incorporate qualitative assessments from their Intelligence Unit and local experts.
Companies must meet specific eligibility criteria. For instance, EdTech companies founded over 10 years ago are excluded (uQualio was founded in 2017). Similarly, companies that have exited through listing, acquisition, or control by another organization cannot qualify.
