About uQualio CEO Hatla Johnsen

Hatla is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and co-founder of uQualio. She earned a Master of Social Science with majors in Business and Psychology from Roskilde University. With 20 years of experience, she has worked at large multinational companies, like IBM and Novo Nordisk. Specializing in Internal Communications, Strategy & Management, Hatla has played a key role in conveying leadership messages to employees. Hatla serves on the Policy Board for Female Tech Leaders of the Danish ICT Industry Association. At uQualio, she manages sales, marketing, and overall operations. Her responsibilities include strategy, communication, sales, and daily interactions with current and prospective clients. At the uQualio video eLearning platform, we truly believe that making it easy to train or educate people. Equitable education can make people happier, and the world a better place to live in as educated people feel more in control of their own life, can do their jobs well, and can take better decisions.
