What is the Product News Webinar?
This has evolved into a monthly webinar of up to 30 minutes. We show you the most recent developments in our platform and demonstrate how they work. We explain how they may help you as the admin/course developer, or may help your employees, customers, or partners as learners. You have access to our top technical team, headed by Christian Bjerre Nielsen (Co-Founder and CPO).
How Do I Attend the Webinars?
We email invites to our users for the third Tuesday of the month at 3 pm (CET) / 9 am (EST). We tell you about the highlights of our new features in case there is something you are especially interested in. You can even send questions in advance, and will be invited to ask questions during the live webinar.
What if you cannot attend? No worries, we record the webinar and post it on our channel, where all our Product News recordings reside. Then we email you from HubSpot and send you links to the recorded webinar, reviewing the highlights. We often include links to related blog posts and other content about those topics so you can choose how much you want to learn.
When are You Going to Tell Us What Happened in September’s Webinar?
Silly us. Yes, we reviewed three new items in September. We even broke the webinar down into these bite-sized courses for you: Product News September 2025. These included:
- Certificate Expiration: We’ve introduced the ability for certificates to expire after a specified period. Your learners get a certificate after passing your course, and now you can assign the type of expiration if desired. If you need to set up annual refresher training, assigning certificate expiration will assist with knowing all are up-to-date on their re-certification. See just the certificate expiration course.
- Branding from Your Website: Now you can retrieve the color palette from your own website and the images your site uses. This allows you to quickly design your courses to fit your branding and make use of all your paid design assets in even more ways. See just the color and image retrieval course. - Channel Editor Updates: We also improved the channel editor to provide a landing page that can be customized with images, text, and links. With our tile-based channels or your own custom landing pages, your courses will be even more appealing. See just the channel editor update course.
What If We Have Other Questions About Using the Platform?
We have always invited your questions and comments, but we want to make a standing commitment to our customers. We will be announcing uQualio Office Hours, and plan to host this forum open to our users every Tuesday. You will receive a weekly invitation, and we will advise if we will also be providing our Product News. Either way, you will have access to our CPO and can submit Qs in advance or ask during the event.
While we believe our platform is simple to use, we all learn in different ways. We want you to know we are here to help you and teach you about tools that will make your training effective without extra time or money.
