Retrieve Images & Color Branding from Your Site for LMS

uQualio has been busy adding features to make your video eLearning courses even better with color branding. Let’s see what’s happening.

All of Your Branding and Images – Ready for Your Courses!

Are you just getting started on your video creation journey? Have you already started making courses but skipped designing your template? Maybe you just signed up for our famous 14-day free trial

uQualio already makes it easy to get started (more on this below). But before you start asking everyone in your company for all your 6-digit color Hex Codes…

Harness the Color Branding Power of Your Own Website

Our product engineers have wanted to make designing the look of your courses more natural. And what is more natural than being able to utilize your own company’s website to pull those color hex codes?

The colors your company already uses to identify themselves can be retrieved and pulled into your uQualio platform, and an adorable color library pops up for your own use. Why reinvent the (color) wheel when we can do it for you?

Your Branding Colors Keep You Top-of-Mind With Employees and Customers

You may create courses to train your new and existing employees. They are a part of your identity. You also may have product courses to help your customers use your products or services. Using the same color palette from your website quickly helps you achieve that brand recognition.

One of your uQualio platform admins can go to Design to retrieve the design elements from your website. When you click on Search colors, the feature pulls those color hex codes that your site uses. You will then see a palette of colors available to you in designing your course.

This is an example of the uQualio Design function, and how to retrieve a color palette. It shows samples of actual colors and hex codes of each. When using the Colors feature for designing their uQualio courses, the user will input their website and the feature will make a library of these colors.

Wait, What Was This About Company Website Images?

Ah yes, we did hint at this above. Our tool can also retrieve the images your website already uses. You can add any to your uQualio image library for you to add to your courses. You know the images, the ones your company spent a fortune on. They likely appear in many of your other marketing materials. Why not add to your eLearning courses?

When you are creating your course, you can use the Library feature to see what you have, and input your website for it to have access to those images. Click Retrieve images and select what you would like to add to your uQualio image library.

This image shows a screen from the uQualio Design section where images from a company website can be added to your Image Library to design your courses. The user would click the box next to images to copy to the image library.

Go on – get the most use from those great shots.

You’ll Look Like a Total Pro

This is a feature you will want to use. Perhaps you started with uQualio just to help with the onboarding process at your company. Lots of people do. But with our Development Roadmap, and mission to make learning available to all, you’ll likely find more reasons to use us! Color branding is just one feature.

Keep an eye out for our webinars and other news for how to get the most from your LMS. And don’t forget our other AI and non-AI resources to help you get started making courses.
