Finklusiv is dedicated to helping small business owners and independent workers receive banking access in Denmark, even if their low barrier businesses are typically regarded as risky by the banks. The company mainly has immigrant clients who have unique needs when it comes to their relationship with banks. As part of its services, the Finklusiv offers crucial financial literacy training to its clients, so consequensely they can be better prepared and have a positive experience working with their banks.
This requires the company to spend a significant amount of time – about 2 hours per person – to explain the process to each client, individually. To overcome this problem, Finklusiv wanted to invest in a new training strategy involving digitization.
While hunting for a video eLearning platform, the company also needed to ensure that their chosen LMS was based in Europe because of two reasons:
