As we entered our eighth year as a video LMS, we reflected on how much happened this year. And boy did a lot happen! We’re just hitting the highlights. But when on a mission, it’s encouraging to see hard work rewarded in this Video LMS Year in Review 2025.
Major Milestones: On the World Stage…
Most recently, uQualio became an official partner in the European Innovation Council (EIC) Ecosystem Partnership Programme. We’re excited our AI-powered video learning platform is available in the EIC Service Catalogue under Business Support Tools. EIC beneficiaries enjoy a substantial discount to discover uQualio no matter which stage their start-up is in. We will post later this month about this new partnership supporting EIC innovators in depth.
Now we pivot to our landmark partnership with Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) – the largest public university in Malaysia. Our Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) reflects our commitment to the common vision of making high-quality education and training more accessible. We are excited about our next two years working together on these projects!
The EdViCon project finally completed earlier this year. It began in 2022 to address the universal teaching challenges after COVID-19. uQualio lent their platform and expertise as the EdViCon Project explored and enhanced online teaching methodologies. We continue to donate our Video4Learning platform where the learnings are available in perpetuity.
…And with Cool Accolades
uQualio was feted at least six times this year (see all our honors). It’s hard to be humble when we want to help the world learn. Among these, we were awarded the Silver Badge for Equity (by the International Certification of Evidence of Impact in Education (ICEIE) and “Best Microlearning Video Training Platform 2025 – Denmark” from Global Business Awards. The last recognition especially speaks to our belief in microlearning – breaking longer training videos into bite-sized pieces.
And for the second year in a row we were listed in HolonIQ Nordic Baltic EdTech 50 List. The most promising EdTech startups from the Nordic and Baltic regions comprise the listing. Global market intelligence platform HolonIQ determines the standouts.
Last and SaaSiest, our Hatla was named “SaaSiest Woman of 2025.” Can’t imagine what she will be named as in 2026!!
Now Featuring: Some Top Features on the uQualio Platform in 2025
The result of years of LLM work has allowed uQualio to answer the translation wishes of many customers. Dynamic AI Translation greatly reduces the time and cost to translate your courses for your growing workforce and customers. We will continue to add languages and find helpful shortcuts to get the most from this tremendous tool for working around the world.
Our development team has also made text-to-voice accessibility richer to make hands-free listening translate into hands-on learning. Existing customers interested in adding a Default Voice to their courses can always email support@uqualio.com or use the Chat feature in the Admin section of the platform.
We made it easier to increase trust in your course, market more effectively, and benefit from the user experience. Users can now rate the courses they take, and send comments to their Admins. We are always looking to add the features our users most want.
A Social Learning Platform that Respects the Individual, but Develops Community

uQualio has our own vision of making learning accessible for all. Meanwhile, our customer community creates some very special things using our video LMS platform to make the world better. Heka VR completed a successful launch of the FIRST-EVER formalised “Avatar Therapy Training Program” in October. They are fighting auditory hallucinations by using Virtual Reality simulation training and changing the face of schizophrenia.
Customer TechBBQ realized several benefits while wrangling the thousands who volunteer at, arrange and participate in their annual summits. This growing non-profit has provided a crucial platform for startups, founders, investors, and other stakeholders worldwide to foster innovation. We see our communities meeting and working together more often to achieve selfless goals that cannot be accomplished alone.
uQualio in 2025: By the Numbers
We ran across some stats we noted in our 7th year of business. Look at how we have grown year-over-year for Users and Videos for our Video LMS Year in Review 2025.
From our stats comparing this year to last, we see that most user metrics doubled. It’s exciting to see uQualio’s learning reach, helping our vision of making learning accessible to everyone. Specifically with videos, we see the number of videos up by almost 250%, yet minutes uploaded less. It’s the positive response to our customers’ understanding that microlearning (shorter videos) increases retention and user interest.
Next year, we will be tracking increasing use of language translation tools as well as even more metrics. We hope you’ve learned something this year – we know we have!
