Fcode Labs saves considerable time and effort training employees

Fcode Labs particularly likes the Reports and User Management feature of the uQualio video eLearning platform. Buddhishan loves the flexibility of adding videos and attaching other resource documents, so that everything can be delivered as a package without the fear of missing anything – which could be the case if we followed a traditional method. He also likes the fact that there isn’t any limitation to the kind of content to be delivered. 

Buddhishan appreciates the flexibility uQualio offers because now the orientation courses can be taken at the employee’s convenience, whereas the traditional method would’ve required finding free time for the trainer and adjusting the trainees schedule around it.  

He also likes how easy it is to update small parts of the courses, and how easy it is for the management to see who is learning and who has not gone through the material, which is particularly important. 

Buddhishan recommends uQualio for its ability to keep all training materials in one place and the flexibility to update them as and when necessary. 

The company plans to extend uQualio to other departments, including QA, HR, and Marketing, and hopes to incorporate all the aspects of training and development of the company to the uQualio eLearning platform in the near future.
