About uQualio CEO Hatla Johnsen
Hatla is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and co-founder of uQualio. She earned a Master of Social Science with majors in Business and Psychology from Roskilde University. With 20 years of experience, she has worked at large multinational companies, like IBM and Novo Nordisk. Specializing in Internal Communications, Strategy & Management, Hatla has played a key role in conveying leadership messages to employees.
Hatla serves on the Policy Board for Female Tech Leaders of the Danish ICT Industry Association. At uQualio, she manages sales, marketing, and overall operations. Her responsibilities include strategy, communication, sales, and daily interactions with current and prospective clients.
