International Women Day

As the world celebrates International Women’s Day, we have something exciting to share with everyone.

uQualio, the SaaS video training platform, happily announces its collaboration with Impulse4Women, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting women entrepreneurs. This partnership aims to empower over 20,000 women in Impulse4Women’s network, providing them with the tools and resources necessary to overcome the challenges they face in accessing funding and scaling their ventures.

A Shared Vision: Bridging the Gender Gap

The partnership between uQualio and Impulse4Women is founded on a shared commitment to promoting gender equality in the startup ecosystem. Recognizing the alarming disparity in funding between male and female-led startups, both organizations are determined to level the playing field by enhancing learning and development opportunities for aspiring female entrepreneurs.

The Visionary Behind Impulse4Women

At the helm of Impulse4Women is Taryn Andersen, a seasoned entrepreneur and advocate for women’s empowerment. Taryn’s journey began with a realization of the stark gender imbalance in the venture capital landscape, prompting her to establish Impulse4Women in 2017. Since then, the organization has been dedicated to scouting and supporting female-led startups, connecting them with potential investors, and providing invaluable mentorship opportunities.

A Platform for Growth

Central to this collaboration is uQualio Video4Learning, an all-in-one video eLearning platform, which will be integrated into Impulse4Women’s initiatives. By leveraging the power of video-based education, female entrepreneurs will have access to comprehensive resources for onboarding, upskilling, and scaling their businesses.

Harnessing the Power of Education

Both uQualio and Impulse4Women understand the transformative potential of education in empowering women entrepreneurs. By combining our expertise and resources, we together aim to create a supportive ecosystem, where women can thrive and succeed in the competitive world of startups. Through video learning, practical examples, and personalized support, female founders will be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship with confidence.

A Bright Future Ahead

As International Women’s Day reminds us of the importance of gender equality and female empowerment, the collaboration between uQualio and Impulse4Women serves as a beacon of hope and progress. Together, we are paving the way for a more inclusive and diverse startup community, where women have equal opportunities to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams and make a meaningful impact on the world.

In the words of Hatla Johnsen, CEO of uQualio, “We envision a world where quality education is accessible and equitable for all.” With partners like Impulse4Women, this vision is one step closer to becoming a reality.

Let us celebrate the partnership this Women’s Day and continue to support women entrepreneurs as they chart their path to success!
