Hatla is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and co-founder of uQualio. She holds a Master of Social Science with majors in Business and Psychology from Roskilde University and has 20 years of experience at large multinational corporations such as IBM and Novo Nordisk. Her expertise includes Internal Communications, Strategy & Management, and she has played a key role in facilitating leadership messages to employees.
Additionally, Hatla serves on the Danish ICT Industry Association’s Policy Board for Female Tech Leaders.
At uQualio, Hatla is responsible for overseeing sales, marketing, and general operations. Her duties include strategy, communication, sales, and maintaining daily interactions with both current and prospective clients.
