New Pricing Model, Calculator & Freemium

A new year mostly brings changes – and also here at uQualio.

Our mission at Qualio – Video4Learning is to offer an affordable and easy-to-use video learning platform – and what is easier than a 100% pay-as-you-go model, so you do not have to pay for what you do not need?

Our new Start package costs $19,99 and includes: 

• 10 active users   
• Cloud storage: 50 GB  
• Streaming: 50 hours 

At uQualio you only pay for active users. An active user is a person that has received a private invitation to the platform. For just 2 $ you can prepay the number of active users you need monthly, and that includes cloud storage and hours of streaming per user. 

This means that if you make yearly courses, you have to pay the start package price monthly but once you start running the course you just add the active users in advance, and then you downgrade after they have completed the course. If you go above the prepaid users you can still add extra users – they will be invoiced afterward and at a slightly higher price.

For a comparison with our comparable competitors, we have seen that you must commit yourself to a minimum of 100 users, even 300 users before starting to use their platform.

We have made a new simple-to-use subscription calculator also. This will allow you to calculate your monthly price for the number of users you need, and then you can add extra features and services on top if you need them. It is all pay-as-you-go, and you can upgrade immediately, a downgrade will be in effect as soon as your current subscription period ends.

From Free trial to Freemium account

Also new this year is that after you have made your 14-day free trial, you will be offered to turn your trial account into a Freemium account that you can keep for as long as you need until you decide to subscribe to the platform. We hope this will make it possible for potential customers to test more in-depth how the platform works.

Humanized Video Tutorials

uQualio is easy to set up, simple to use, affordable, and fully customizable video eLearning at your fingertips 24/7 on any device. We have made humanized product tutorial videos that you access by pressing the Help buttons on any page, and this will give you a steps intro video to help you make it easy to set up your account and get eLearning out in the world. After the help buttons brief explanatory videos for the step, you will afterward see screen hints that can lead you to the more in-depth product tutorial videos of what an item is and what to do.   

Overall, the bite-sized video tutorials cover everything from the initial setup to creating and distributing courses, designing and managing channels, configuring the platform, assigning and managing admin roles, user communication modules, dashboards and reporting, and more…
